Zelnorn gives you +x to your AS, in this case +10, in addition to the same bonus for DS. Were you to get it PP or merchant enchanted, each number would go up 2 or 3 per enchant, until it was 25/25. To my knowledge no one has taken a zelnorn item that far, but it would be pretty cool.
