By weapons, you mean something OTHER than garrote only items? If so, there aren't any that I've ever seen. If you want regular things I think the rogue guild sells things usable for it, but it's been awhile since I've been in there.

Use a belt IMO. I'd suggest you find Archales in game..I think he was making it a point to find out just how many different objects he could use to kill a person.
