That never works. I've given up on the whole "threatening people online" type thing cause it never pans out and I feel stupid in the end. Also, this is what they make U2U's for.

<Hey blazing, we can fight We can sell tickets to the pcer goes and buy you a web cam>

You live on the opposite coast, but ah well. It'll be like the Sapp vs Kimo K1 fight. I've got you by about a hundred pounds, but you seem like the squirrely type. Now I'm gonna have to find a digi cam to post pictures that will intimidate you until we meet. And I thought we were actually starting to get along...

Haha. Okay I figured you were like 160 tops. My bad, I can't tell shit from your picture.

08-23-2004, 02:30 AM
Heh, nah the lowest I'll get is like 195. ;) I was 160 when I came in though. My goal is like 225 though, but i have the metabolism of a tape worm infested stallion, so its real hard.

Hey, post that bicep plan you were talking about in the pic thread. I'm making a workout notebook so I can actually organize my lifting on weights. I usually just go into the gym and throw shit around till i puke.

Haha. Sapp can take a beating, but he has absolutely no skill whatsoever. He still won the fight over a pro, though.

Well, tonight I did a set of 21's, concentrated curls, and hammer curls. If you want to add mass, lift heavy weights for less reps.

I use a 5 day split and change up the exercises every week. Last week I did preacher curls, machine curls (the cable machine), and ez bar curls. The key is to flex your bicep at the peak of the lift and hold it for a second. Hammer curls give you that nice baseball knot on top of your arm.

I know all the lil tricks, I just need an organized work out plan. heh In fact that was what I was supposed to do tonight, but I got lazy

As for the entire workout, I use a slightly modified version of Dorian Yates' workout because he is well...fucking huge.

He does the 5 day split, 6th day is rest day.

Day 1 is Chest and Bi's.
Day 2 is Legs and Calves.
Day 3 I decided I like to rest.
Day 4 is Tri's and Delt's.
Day 5 is Back.
Day 6 you rest.
Day 7 you repeat.

If you need individual workouts lemme know.

IF you wouldn't mind. I'm gonna try and make up some shit to accomadate what I'm use to\capable of. and its a bitch finding shit online cause everyone wnats you to pay.

Are you doing this at home, or at a gym? Free weights, cable machines, etc?

08-23-2004, 03:17 AM
Most likely at a gym. But I'll probaly end up making "not at home" alternatives for when Im doing shit like patrolling the syrian border. I'm making a notebook to follow while I'm deployed. My goal is to come back at least 225

Well, being that you're in the Army, I'm sure you know the Daily Dozen (I guess it's the Daily 16 now). That is pretty much the best workout you can use with your body as resistance. It's late as hell but I'll write up invidivual exercises tomorrow and give some alternatives you can do without weights.

Thanks, and nah I don't know what it is. I'll google it in the morning. As a rule I usually do 200 super set pushups (where you put your hands on seperate elevated surfaces, ie chairs and push up between them) and 200 sit ups a day

08-23-2004, 03:43 AM
i use the pushup bars for those, it burns like hell which equivicates to muscley goodness.
