What would be a good enchanter setup skill wise?

Wizard spells play an important role. Harness power, MIU, arcane symbols are all a factor as well. Sharing probably too. If it's a skill a wizard should have, you should probably up-train in it. Aside from lores, I don't think they have an effect.

You don't seem to need anything all that high, my peak in wizard spells is 44 and I have had no trouble doing up to 7x, though I haven't tried fusion items yet.

It took about 150 ranks of MIU, plus some enhancives, before I was getting +100 on my Avyenah potion rolls for a 5x cast. Each potion pour runs about 50-60k. So... That can eat into your profits pretty quickly if you're looking to enchant fusion.
