Some early reports from "sources" that it is only a matter of time until he is taken into custody.
Should be a pretty interesting story.
I can't imagine having all the advantages in life that he has and throwing it all away.

this is for two separate crimes, one murder, one shooting someone in the face. which one does he get arrested for first?

No criminal charges were files for the shooting in the face incident. Looks like a settlement was reached. He won't be arrested for that.
This other thing involving murder.....yeesh. So much for the patriot way huh? What a dumb fuck. Him and gronkowski both. Stupid fucks.

Based on what I've read, murder.

I can't imagine, if he did do it, trying to project a somewhat normal image while the Police are searching your property. No way I could keep my shit together.

I'm pretty positive Tebow is the murderer and he's just framing Hernandez so he can be starting tight end.

Definitely. He would be an awesome h-back. I just hate that it's with the Patriots.

The fact that Hernandez destroyed his cell phone, his records of his security system, and had a cleaning crew come into his house on Monday doesn't look good at all. Plus he was evasive with police in the beginning. Who ever thought Hernandez was a gangster?

Yea.. it's not looking good for him right now. Fuck him for taking away some of Gronk's points.

Police say Lloyd was dating the sister of the mother of Hernandez's daughter.
Well, that explains that.

Arrest warrant served for obstructing an investigation.
From what has leaked so far, I'm betting Hernandez will be suspended for some time.

He's fucked. He's walking around his house with a gun in his hand minutes after this guy is killed. Casings at the scene of the crime match his gun. This is what they're saying on the radio at least.
Now they're saying he allegedly called people associated with gangs in his hometown to help execute this guy. This is scary.

They don't have the murder weapon, or didn't when speaking to the judge. They found a .22 caliber that matched stuff in his house.

Based on the fact that we didn't hear much about the other two guys, I assume they are state's witnesses.

Yeah and they're likely spilling their guts about Hernandez.
I'm dying to hear about the motive. I've heard Hernandez didn't like who he was speaking with at a nightclub, but their has to be more than that.

There's more to it. These two guys who are associated with this are likely going to spill the beans. No way is it as simple as Lloyd speaking with people Hernandez didn't like so he had him killed.

People around here shoot each other over crazy stuff, who is a better basketball player, who is a fan of the wrong team, Hell there was one where a wife shot her husband for eating her moonpie.

The pile of circumstantial evidence is pretty gigantic at this point. Clearly these guys aren't very bright. They're tied to the car, a shell casing in the car that matches those from the scene, Hernandez own home security video, text messages by the victim within minutes of when he was killed, phone calls, etc. The two thugs will sing rather than face life in prison, and the prosecutor will make that deal to get the big name. They will make "tight end" jokes about him at the state pen.

When Hernandez was dealing with the pats trying to get a new deal, his agent argued he should be paid as a receiver. Funny he had to go to prison to become a receiver.

back when I was in high school, there was a stabbing near the school, kid crippled his neighbor because he bought the same color coat as him, they both shopped on the same day and hadnt seen each other before the stabbing, and there were no cell phones to blame back then.

Yea, like it has already been said, more than likely the other 2 are going to turn witness on him. My post was over the fact that Ardwen thinks all crimes are simple. Some are, some aren't.
Latrinsorm
06-27-2013, 12:12 AM
I interpreted Ardwen's comments to mean crimes' explanations can be taken at face value even if you or I or SHAFT would not find that explanation a compelling motivation to murder. This arguably makes them less simple, in that it invites a deeper discussion on what it means for you or I or SHAFT to be compelled.

Sometimes the associates bite the bullet, didn't Ray Lewis basically walk away from something even worse then this with a slap on the wrist? You can never tell what will happen. What amazes me most is how incredibly fast the Pats released him without waiting for due process even being started. I wonder if its a sign that the NFL is fed up with all the ridiculous criminal charges and convictions of the players, that have been coming out more and more often.

It's a scapegoat for Belechick to blame at the end of the less than successful year since he knows he's got no real offensive options!

Not to defend Ray Lewis or anything, but that was a spontaneous altercation which he covered up. This Hernandez thing is a pre-meditated execution. I don't think anyone's walking away from this.
WTF could possibly give him motive to kill this guy? I bet they try to use concussions as a defense.

What's funny is he smashed his cell phone thinking that'd help him. What a dummy.

What an idiot, everytime I hear more and more about this case, it makes me realize that some people, no matter what they have going for them, are natural born fuck ups. 23 years old and now facing premeditated murder charges? It didn't even seem like he really tried to be sneaky about the whole thing, did he want to get caught or is he really that arrogant and stupid?
Although I can't complain too much, he did some work against the Texans last year... so thanks Aaron Hernandez, you're inability to control your temper is much appreciated. 74 more days!

It was chilling how the guy he killed seemed to be worried and texting his sister. Also how ironic was it that the massive 26 camera system he set up at his house actually helped bring him down.
