Looking for Elemental Bow

I heard there was one in Solhaven for 125m and Ardwen had one for 400m.

Well ardwen definatley doesnt have one in his shop from what I saw and not that Id pay 400m for one at that. And yea heard one in solhaven is kinda about as far as I got from the last guy that saw one but cant remember where and frankly theres too many shops to narrow down one item it seems.

Elemental bow of fire has a standing offer of 250m.

There is a ranger elemental bow that is 5x whose owner has turned down 200m for.

The one in Ardwen's belongs to an old ranger who recently came back, the 400m price tag was more to taunt Tsin than a selling price.

whats so special about the elemental bows? I thought they just allowed you to never need arrows?

They flare every hit, have the lowest roundtime, and are permablessed.

Elemental bows: 3 second aimed sniping with <elemental> flares that can hit undead.

Elemental crossbows: same as above, except 2 second aimed sniping and don't have to cock.

Elemental Crossbows have a 3second rt while aimed and sniping. At least mine does.
