cloak holding 200 pounds

Any idea on value? Weighs 8 empty, holds exactly 200 lbs so weighs 208 lbs full. Could be clasped but haven't done it yet.

A bright silvery cloak can have a clasp attached to it, but not a lock.

I would imagine 8-10m. It is above the standard for holding capacity, but it is pretty heavy as well.

I believe cloaks normally max out these days at 140lb carrying capacity, so I would have to imagine this is max l/d.
