View Full Version : Bounty Pin Stat Priorty
I've been crunching more bounties, and the enhancive system makes the game more fun to think about.
Stat Priority for a Sylvan for max DPSRT (damage per second of round time) with a two hand weapon?
Str
Str Bonus
THW
THW Bonus
CM
Stam Recovery
Now, if reflex bonus + dex bonus < 38 (for a claid/greatsword/greataxe swinger), then Dex Bonus/Ref Bonus would top the priority?
Just making sure I'm not missing something.

Right, you'd want your round time lowered to five seconds first, then I'd say THW bonus, STR bonus, cman bonus. I'm a giantman so on my badge I've got +10 THW bonus, +5 AGL bonus, +10 cman bonus. Of course I have the extra agility to lower my ambush round time, often enough I am not worried about how much damage I am dealing but where it is being done.
Okay, I finally put something on the wimpy badge I've got.
Str Bonus was budgeted for 2 points
Two hand weapon bonus was budgeted for 5 points.
You can get both THW and THW bonus. I am really unfamiliar with this system though and I'm unsure what speccing in the base does vs the bonus.

For your badge you want THW bonus, NOT THW ranks. Ranks are more expensive to charge, the requirements to add them are greater, you can add less of them, and if your current ranks are equal or greater to 40 then 1 rank = 1 bonus for AS purposes.

I've got the same badge as Jeril except mine's OHB instead of THW.
If you can get the Surge CMAN that virtually eliminates the need to use up one of the spots on the badge for Strength. (Max Surge is equal to 16 or your 20 Strength Bonus enhancive points)
I got thw bonus instead of base (or str), noticed it was just 3k to charge (woot!)
I didn't start this out realizing how much of each of these stats you got for an allocation (5 thw bonus vs 2 str bonus) and had assumed it would be more flat. Having the budget vary is nifty since it makes some things clear winners.
Thanks for the help.
I might just have to go back to the treasure guy and get those comparative costs and save it somewhere.
