4x, temp incredibly crit padded for incredible duration. Incredible is usually like 1500+ hits, I imagine a pure would wear this, how often do you get hit as a pure? You'll have godly padding for years likely.

Incredible padding is so high krakiipedia doesn't even have the number on it:

It is probably 45-50 points. How does that compare? HCP is 10, MCP is 20, XCP, the highest I can ever remember them ever offering as a service level (at RTCF) is 30. This is 45-50. Yowza!

Padding/weighting/resistances can't be recharged via AdvG. Unless it's possible by a merchant, it can't be recharged. Still pretty great armor. Will last a long time for a pure.

no, I bought it off someone who found it off a critter, I think its probably the highest padding the random treasure generator ever produced (then again, maybe it was hopper treasure).
