1109 is the spell people pay millions for! Believe me, I know! Incredibly rare, incredibly useful, adds to melee AS, DS, TD, and manuever defense! Good duration on it now after the spell duration changes, it is self cast only, and is NOT in the automated treasure system (scrolls and magic items) only special GM made items can have it. I made this particular item with a 420 scroll years ago and since have recharged it only with a recharging crystal (meaning not reducing value at all).
