I ended up just unplugging my phone and saying, screw it, I'm moving. I was there until 6 anyway. Although I did get all my shit put up.

Moving... I hate it. Luckily I knew we were going to move when I got hired so I left all my personal shit at home. Most of the other people had 5 boxes or so to bring with them, I had a box and my computer stuff.

I recently moved back to Lexington (from northern Cincinnati area) for school. After we unpacked two car loads, lugged it up to the third floor (stairs), and set up my room, one of the apartment mates comes in and tells me that I'm in the wrong room! So I have to lug all my shit across the hall.

Yah moving isn't something you want to do too often.

I'm a firm believer in letting go of the past and starting new. Unfortunately, my girlfriend isn't (at least not to my extent). Hence why I can go in her room and find a college newspaper two years old, a Cosmogirl six years old, old love notes I wrote her, and dirty pants all on the floor.

She's a packrat and everytime she has had to pack up for school it drivers her crazy.

So, it's very common to see a crossing moving. While I'm getting my stuff out, the other one is getting his stuff into the appart.

Yeah, it's terrible, even more when it'S a three story high appart to a 2 story high one.

I always thought I packed light. Then I filled 12 v. large garbage bags with stuff when I came home last year (suitcases are for suckers). Thus, I too might be implementing Operation Send it All Back to Hell this time around.
