Newb to Shattered

Been gone for a bit over a year and thought I'd give shattered a try. So hi and all that. I've been told I have 2 weeks before the hazing begins, so if you see Cuddles in game, I still have 13 days left.

Anyone a Voln master and able to give me an invite? Followed the bum around for about an hour with no luck.

Also, I have no shame and will accept donations! Starting from nothing is less fun than I remembered lol.

So far the only really expensive thing I've bought is 4x fulls and, honestly, I already had just under 100k my first day off rats. Silvers don't seem to matter too much, though they might if I start wand hunting.

On a semi related note, anyone have a Sorc that can teach me sacrifice? Plz and thx.

Yeah? You were skinning the rats? Yeah that's about all I need, is the ability to buy some off-the-shelf gear (4x doubles or whatever - maybe a claidh)...

I also made the mistake of dismissing the sprite right away who IIRC gives you a bit of money and enough exp to get to level 1 faster, but... Live and learn.

I didn't bother with the fairy, you can script your way to lvl 1 faster than dealing with it. I also didn't bother with skinning rats because I'm too used to ignoring skinning all together. I think around lvl 6 I moved on to the gnome mine for hunting and that brought in plenty of silver. 4x leathers can be bought off a rack in front of the north gate (fulls were 100k). Sol has a shop for rune staffs with a better selection than the landing, and those are around 120k. By the time you are ready for both you should probably have the money saved.

Silvers might help for RotCF off the shelf stuff though, if/when that happens.
