two 40 charge raise dead scrolls

Got two prayer books charged at the solhaven festival. One was a locked book with 1 charge and she added 39 and the other was a gift and had 20 charges, unknown if it is locked, atm, and now has 40 also.

Price range for locked? unlocked? Probably less than it cost to charge them.

I wouldn't take less than a million for either item. Maybe MB 1 mill for the locked, 3 mill for the unlocked? I never sold my Raise Dead scrolls, so I don't know for certain.
