I'd use it for its comic relief. It seems pretty cool, not necessarily useful. Using it for any other reason means you should probably consider suicide.

Quantum Sleepers can also be fitted to provide protection from destructive forces of nature such as tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes and floods.

Obviously, this would be the battleship thick metal version that's been anchored to the bedrock below your house, seals up air tight and is equipped with it's own oxygen supply located right next to the optional fridge and microwave.

Place one in your fall out shelter and you'll be safe from nuclear attack too.

That's less of a Quantum Sleeper than it is a Quantum Masturbation and/or Cheating Chamber. Think of it this way, you could never get caught cheating when your wife unexpectedly comes home early from work. Bolt that sucker down, turn up the radio, and you're home free.
