4x a day self charging heroism; Iron cross

before we get started here, I have to say that I'm not certain how often it recharges. It was sold to me as 4x per day and indeed I have confirmed that it has 4 charges in it when full. But I've noticed that it wont replenish itself unless its empty first. It seems to go from being empty to having 4 charges and not building up charges over time. I would ussually just make sure I emptied it out before signing off if I had used up a few charges.

what would they fetch in today's market?

try casting 405 at it, or having it loresung. The time frame can really make a difference.

It's probably the older style, which charges when empty. It's more annoying than the new style. Nonetheless, the cross is a nice piece. I'd be interested in buying it.

Are you sure it was sold as 4x? There was/is an iron cross that Paul/Avantos had sold for 75m I believe. It was 5x per day.

I'd guess it's the same one, yeah, but a loresong will tell you. 75m at $8/m is 46m at $13/m, so there's a good estimate for you. You could auction it and see where it goes. I'd probably bid.

I have an older self recharging item. It does not start to recharge until the last current charge is used - that is when the timer starts.

Most of the older self recharging items I have come across have a 24 hour recharge timeframe, but there are exceptions. I saw one item that was 72 hours.

Nothing evil in maximum profit. When I see people accepting BO's on items prematurely I cringe. Of course you're free to do what you like with it. Just some friendly advice from one gs player to another.

Not completely sold out, but mostly, one day I'll find the time to do the rest.

I don't recall if I did or not, probably, I know I had something like it.

There are a LOT of various scripts on how things self-charge, trickle charger, x/hr, x/day, x/week, etc etc.

update on the 6x per day self charging heroism item

After testing so far I was able to get 6 uses out of the cross . on the fifth rub the items feels cool to the touch and on the sixth use it feels very cool and then nothing after that.

exactly 24 hours later I was able to rub it 5x in a row and got the same cool messaging as before. I'm leaving the last charge in the cross until tomorrow to see if it charges back to filled while still having one remaining charge left.

Well, singing to it, unless it has a loresong, will tell you exactly how many charges at least. Recharge time, not always. But it should.

6x will be a fairly hefty price.

If you rub it 5x and get the cool message, that sounds like 5x a day to me. The first cool message is the one you get when you use the last charge. The second cool message shows it's not charged up yet.
