These ice-age hybrids are always amusing. Usually they were just made in 2003 when some GM didn't know what material xenium was and didn't bother to look it up.

Probably. It could be from around then, xenium/veniom seems to be confused on some old just slightly post ice-age items. Generally though if it's a fringe like this it was just added on later by a clueless GM.
