Warhammer 40K Armageddon

Slitherine has announced their WH40k game they are working on, a turn based, strategic-hex game set in the Second war for Armageddon. I've never played
a hex game before but I am excited anyways.


The initial game is set during the Second War of Armageddon and players will lead the Imperial forces of the Armageddon Steel Legion and Space Marines from the Ultramarines, Blood Angels and Salamanders Chapters against Ghazghkull Thraka’s massive Ork Waaagh! invasion through over 30 scenarios, on the hostile terrain of the planet and its gigantic Hive Cities.

Hopefully it will be a lot like chaos gate, but you know, 20 years worth of updated.

Sounds heroes of might and magicish, which is one of my favorite all-time series of games. I still pop HOMM3 in from time to time. Can't wait.
