since it'll be essentially the same rate per week as the prior offer of 3.2 mil for a Tier 3, I would honor that one before the T4

It's yer juice, and I'm still thankful for your initial cast. I don't believe 3.2 mil for tier 3 is the same scale as 4.5 for tier 4 however, he'd have to give you over another half a mil. (1.5 per week versus 1.28 per week on the tier 3)
