Nope. Wyrom had announced at one point that 5 vouchers went out, 1 was opened and the others tossed and he put them back in the hopper. So that statement made all of the stockpiled ones at that point posters. But nothing makes a stockpiled one a poster. If someone were to grab a winner and hold onto it, they'd have a winner regardless of when they opened it (assuming they open it before RtCF is done... afterwards I dunno what will happen)
