Best/Easy way to get Strength (509)?

Is there a easy/best way to get 509s? Do you guys know any shops that sell white crystals charged?

Also, I realize multiaccount/asking people is an option but I'm not multiaccounting and there isn't always a wizard around.

Get a wizard to imbed it into a rod for you, preferably multiple. If you provide the rods and keep the wizard full of mana, you'll probably find a bunch that will do it for pretty cheap. Alternatively, check playershops for white crystals and stuff.

White crystals can't be charged. Check the pawn regularly, there are always crystals running through there.

For 1500 per rod several people will make you ranger rods that have 10 charges of strength each. Allereli will also charge you once to unlock and charge a 509 scroll and then free recharges I believe. So 20 charge scrolls are probably the easier item to choose.
