Tier 4 ensorcellment channel

Saberon has brought my 10x handwraps up to tier 3. I believe that puts them as top tier leather - but I want more! Paying 5 mil for the tier 4 channel. Thats 2 mil per "week". These last two are going to take a capped sorceror.

I want them finished before rtcf so i can have a chance at undead bane and fire flares. But since im not sure getting those will still let t5 be possible, i want that taken care of first. Shirley or dhyne scripting would rock too

I doubt either of those would prevent the t5, though it would take someone with near maximum skills based on what we're seeing for 10x hcw.
