Can anyone confirm I am understanding the magic item use formula correctly. In order to wave an oak wand (108) with a guaranteed roll of at least 101 with the following stats:
WIS 24
INT 27
LOG 23

I would need at least 14 ranks of MIA, right?

24+27+23+1 (minimum roll)+66 (14 ranks MIA)-40 (spell level difficulty)

ETA: Assuming of course I'm not encumbered and am trained for the armor I am wearing.
