Eblade Arrow Flare Question

Hey All,

I'm tinkering around with Archery on my Bard.

I currently have 411 and have not used attune yet. It looks like im currently attuned to earth. Is any flare better then the other? Should I waste my perm attune to change it?

Someone told me lores affect flares, is this true?

Also, can bows have flares + arrow flares?

you can ensorcell the bow to get ensorcell flares

Nice. Will they stack with eblade flares?

Also, do flares hit the same location where you aim? I read somewhere that it does, but it may have been a scripted flare perhaps?
