Lesser black ora (no special properties) has dropped for years, ever since the new treasure system got released.

It also only needs one real uncursing.

Since a while back. The black ora that is dropped is impure and only cursed the first time. At RtCF they will have services to make them tier 2 though... I wouldn't save a Jeddart-Axe for that, however.

if you find a black ora claidhmore, katana, naginata, or something like that on the other hand...

I have to have a cleric neutralize and then remove curse every time I hold it. Is there something I'm missing?

Neutralize is temporary. Just use remove curse.
