That's a rank 4 back crit with 20 critical damage, leaving 4 (!) raw damage, which means it would normally be impossible (should be rank 0) but UAC positioning is doing something to break the rules. Without more information it's tough to judge exactly what's going on. If we just ignore the rank 0 cutoff, this is a minimum of 16 points of weighting.
