Anyone know...if wearing leg greaves over armor and both are 10 percent puncture resistance do I have 20 or 10 percent?
Also if one is 10 percent puncture and the other crit padded and 10 percent crush do I have 5 percent puncture and 5 percent crush or 10 of each?

I've struggled with armor accessories but here is the simple answer:
For resistances and padding, take your armor + accessory and divide by two. Flaring accessories also will half any padding or resistances to that area.
For this reason, I found it best to stick with enhancive accessories. It's a free spot for enhancives and does nothing to reduce your armor's properties. +5 bonus to strength arm greaves on hcp augmented chain, for example, will net you +5 strength and still hcp to the arm area.

And simpler, to your very first question...you would still have just 10 percent on the legs.
The second answer would be 5% in one resistance, 5% to the other, and half the padding in that area. Not 100% sure on the padding part but I do think that is cut in half in your example.

It's always the greater. Not the stacked cumulative.

The padding gets halved due to resistance being stacked over it.
The resistances should stay the same. However, since it's been awhile since I've had this issue, the outermost properties in the leg greaves might override the properties of the torso armor. I know it's come up in the past that flares on leg greaves flare while torso flaring armor doesn't, when it comes to leg attacks/maneuvers.
Resistance is sometimes wacky, so I'll say that you'll get 10% for both crush and puncture. I always meant to ask on the boards if this overlapping properties thing was a bug, but got lazy and I forgot about it years ago.

Bottom line - just better to go enhancive with accessories as there is no penalty to padding or resistance that your armor provides.

accessories that have resistance (warrior puncture for example) over padded armor will result (if i am not mistaken) in;
50% the resistance and 50% the padding.
Putting the resistance directly on the padded armor results in 100% padding and reduced warrior resistance (to a 10% min) but ranger resists are not modified by padded armor (if i am not mistaken)
