Maybe he put them to sleep? Sounds like a sweet lawsuit and a loss of license though.

Yeah maybe he put them to sleep. I've been to the dentist for many things and the only time I was put under was having wisdom teeth out.

If they're awake, how do you allow someone to pull all of your teeth?

Depending on how much pain medication they gave him maybe he didn't realize what was going on. When I've had dental work done my dentist will show me in a mirror afterward exactly what he did and I sure as heck couldn't tell what was going on while he was doing it. I've never had a tooth pulled though so maybe that is something you would notice even with pain medication?

Also, it seems that guy at first who got all his teeth pulled is autistic. Maybe that's why he didn't realize what was going on? I'm not sure.

I read about this a week or something ago. Yeah, dude is autistic. He's got to be highly-functioning though, otherwise I have no idea how his mother could have let him go get his teeth pulled alone. That's just irresponsible. I also think the article said he was knocked out, but I can't remember 100%. Either way, this dentist was fucked and needs to lose his license.
