Build looks solid.

A few recommendations:

I understand you're going MnE first, which I agree with, but stopping Bard at 8 seems a bit awkward. I'd bring it at least to 10 for 1010. Potentially 14 if you don't have some decent armor that you're going to use (Sonic armor is GREAT when you're still training up Armor Use, so you can always use the highest tier armor you can wear). Then MnE up to 30 (or 31 for +1 more AS). But that's assuming you don't have some decent physical armor you're using.

Telepathy 25... awesome.

You should now have a bunch of extra TPs from finishing off Telepathy. I recommend overtraining in either Spells or Armor Use to either unlock unhindered ASG15 or 430 ASAP. Then the other. After that, you can work on MOC or Air Lore for eventually using sonic weapons... But 5/6x Lances are cheap, and are a fine alternative for a long while. Especially considering the multi-song penalty.
