Looking for this...should be at least 4x, extra bonuses if it already has weighting or any other special properties

Not ... exactly what you want. But close. I have a 7x grim bane well crafted fist-scythe. If you're trained for a katar you're trained for this, and fist-scythes hit almost as hard as katars.
