View Full Version : can someone help me figure out if this is weighted?
Bastard sword being swung one handed...
The owner claims it's both crit weighted AND damage weighted....
AS: +326 vs DS: +199 with AvD: +28 + d100 roll: +16 = +171
... and hits for 38 points of damage!
Right leg mangled horribly.
The ice giant is knocked to the ground!
The ice giant is stunned!
Sounds highly unlikely....

This is impossible. He's full of shit.
edit: .253 DF, which is normal against double chain.

There are some damage and crit weighted weapons, they are exceedingly rare though.

It might be crit weighted (I'm not sure), but it isn't damage weighted.

It's not damage weighted, but I definitely think it's crit weighted.
Thanks for the info guys, he originally told me it was an old style bastard sword, both crit and damage weighted. Some simple testing showed it wasn't old style though, but I wasn't sure about the weighting.

I haven't been able to get there due to "an unseen force" preventing me from traveling.

Can't have two types of weighting at once. However some items can rotate between having damage weighting AND crit weighting.

It's open now.

>touch cry
You touch the crystal with one hand, your iron battle axe in the other hand. Tiny sparks of brilliant golden light dance across your axe. An indigo beam shoots up from your axe toward the ceiling. A shrill, piercing note sounds, echoing through the room.
