help? calling all techies...

I am not sure if this is best place to post, but I am. My computer suddenly won't allow me to go to the play.net webpage! I can still log into game via lich. I went to my toolbar and set the settings to less safe (yes, I am obviously a pro here!;) thinking maybe suddenly my antivirus doesn't like play.net? I do use Norton, I hear people say Norton sucks, but why would suddenly Norton have a problem with the website when it didn't in the past? Open to suggestions please! Thanks in advance!

Whats the error when you attempt to open the page? What browser are you using?

I appreciate your responses and help, I downloaded firefox and problem solved. I did do the cookie thing, no dice. I didn't get an error at all- the page just wouldn't load- or even attempt to load- no little hour glass symbol etc. I was using IE and was told by a friend in game that THAT was my problem. Thanks again for your help!
