You can't sell pure since its attuned. Its old style one.

I think it's the 3x one from Droughtman's. 3x, air flares, double strike flares. Can multi-flare as well. Backlash against the wielder if the user doesn't have a combined influence and....discipline? bonus of 50. Backlash percentage chance is about 50-combined bonus.
