That is a good price and sanct does add to the value, but really sanct is kind of worthless now. Only (some) clerics (pre 20 for the most part) and paladins pre 25 use it. Not like old school cleric days where half of them were swinging weapons still in the later levels. They really need to do something to add some benefit to sanct. Like make sanct items still blessable but they get a bonus to flares/swings. That being said, a claid is one of the better weapons to have sanct on and it's not like it's ever bad to have it on an already weighted/flared weapon really. You have the ultimate cleric-first-30-day weapon :D Free bump v2.

For a 4x claid there is very little additional value for having sanct on it.

It would be a nice weapon for undead that's not crit immune and bond instead to a heavily damage weighted/neat flaring weapon for noncorporeal/living crit immune stuff.

True, if you have 40m to spend on a weapon that you aren't going to bond to then I guess this would be the one.
