AS stats commonly get about 500K per. At 5 Spell aim and assorted stats you are looking at a more respectable 3 million starting point. This item is nice, but 2 million is probably double it's market value. If someone wants to pay that they can, but it would be a generous type of BO situation.

Spell aim seems to carry a premium. It's usually 2 x per bonus. The fact this has mana enhancives as well, one would say 10m is on the cheap side.

SA generally fetches 1m/per. Not sure why you're thinking someone who would use SA would also think 9 inf and some mana enhancives are worth another 5 mil, but hey whatever. Maybe someone agrees with you?

FFS people, persisting wearable spell aiming items go for as high as 4m per +. I myself sold a +14 spell aiming orb for 30m a couple weeks ago, and that is a orb, and orbs sell for less than persisting wearables typically. (the exception being head worn ones, considering it is a shitty slot, and the prevalence of skullcaps). Mana enhancives are also nothing to sneeze at, I've sold over 30 +5 mana return persisting wearables for 1m. But ignoring that, persisting spell aiming wearables easily go for 2m per +, unless they're like +1. If it were a pin worn it'd go for 3-4m per +. If it doesn't sell, don't worry, I'll be okay, and wait until it does (and it will eventually, at this price or higher). If you're confused by prices it isn't me, its you, trust me, its you. I'm not an inexperienced merchant, I'm the guy random people send PMs too when they find something nice and wonder what it is worth.

Sold a crumbly crown with +9 SA bonus along with if I remember 6 strength stat for 20m a month or so ago. Keyword there is crumbly but a item like this is easily high priority to get made persistent. IMO the SA market in the last few months has been flooded and with RTCF coming up soon less people are willing to spend. The spell aiming, mana enhansive, non crumbly and cheaper to recharge armor makes this worth 10m and maybe more when the right people see it. Your trolling is actually doing him a favor by keeping his item bumped.
