That's an awful lot for a shop.. especially in TV. In December two FW shops sold for 13 and an Icemule shop for 15. 20 just seems a bit much to me..

Several Landing shops have sold for 30m+ in the last two months. Not Vaalor, for sure, but seeing 50m for landing wouldn't entirely surprise me.
