I think kerl meant bucks appraisal of 90 mil was 25 mil higher then what he would appraise it at.

seller could set whatever price they want. Its kind of pointless trying to put a price tag on certain items. Just depends on how generous or desperate the buyer is at the time.

Not really. He said his was 5x. If that's the case, it would indicate (not prove) that my estimate (90-25=65) is closer than yours, so nana nana booboo? Plus, offers in Gemstone are like Cypriate bank accounts: every Russian has one, but they're all worthless.

I don't understand what this means, so I am going to assume you are neither confirming nor denying that you infact did have a 70m or higher offer and have not sold it. The unfortunate part about this is that I was interested in making you an offer and asked someone if they knew you for reference and they inquired I believe partially on my behalf.
