Pretty basic.

1x CM, 1x Weapon, 2x Spells, .999x HP, 1-2x PF (I would try for 3x, not sure if the TPs allow). The rest is up to you.

I've also done it without the CM training. You can almost 3x spells and 1x THW. +75 AS from 117 will give you more AS than 1x CM and you're not really using your mana since you're swinging a weapon.

One of the prime benefits of being a warpath, imo, is reducing the chance that cmans will pwn you.
