AT first I t hought it said RIP Dick and I was like, THE PENISES ARE ALL GONE?!?!??!

..Anyway, the real question in my mind is, how is he going to be remembered? For his music? Or for his accomplishments?

If Sting or Bono or someone were to die, they'd have charities and shit crying... I wonder about Rick James.

If it wasn't for Dave Chappelle, nobody under the age of 50 would give a shit.

I have no idea who Dave Chapelle is. I'm under 50. And I remember when Super Freak first showed up on the charts. I remember dancing to it..but then, I remember first-hand experience of the Funk explosion.

Funkadelic, Average White Boys, Wild Cherry, etc. etc. etc.

RIP Rick James! And if all he's remembered for is his music, then it'll be an awesome memory.

Prolly, the man has sniffed up so much blow in his life, he prolly burnt a new hole from his nose to the back of his brain.
