Another Annoying noob question

got fed up with not understanding how to get the armor merchant to make some 4x leather breastplate. What's the correct string to use? Anyone know?

The armor merchant, like, the NPC in the armory? Unless things changed from before, you definitely don't want to pay the price that he's going to charge you.

Baz gave me millions of coins, price is redundant =\ it's easier to log in, put in the order and pick it up later and have the gear for when i turn.. 10?

anyhoo, feel like everything was tried. need a simple solution.

Are you in the landing? Choose armor type and make sure the material is vultite or 4x equivalent material, I think it kind of walks you through the choices no?

Sure, if you think that paying more and waiting is easier than paying less and not, that's cool. I'm sorry that I don't know the syntax to help you make bad decisions.

I haven't checked but it should be like "order 12 vultite blue"

Or you can check playershops. There is probably something there for a lot less. Millions'll go quick and you'll have little left to show if you make purchases like that often.

will re-activate account and try the vultite suggestions but don't think it works. plus it may be too heavy for my hack and slash wiz.

Dunno what level your wizard is, but if you're looking at LBP I'm guessing you should be able to enchant. It shouldn't take that long to enchant some LBP to 4x.

There are in fact playershops in Shattered. They're just copies of what existed in prime at the time that the Shattered instance was created as a copy, so they've been pretty picked over but I wouldn't be surprised at all if you could find some 4x in there. That aside, Baswab / Gib can get you some 4x stuff from the rogue guild, or the Sunfist shops around the various towns have 4x too.

The player shops were open at the beginning of the game but it was an oversight on Simu's part and I was pretty sure they closed them up. Did they reopen them at some point? I know we can't get player shops.

Cart is still there with 4x leathers only up to brig though.

edit: cart is there for good i think, i put in that request because of the annoyance of trying to catch someone awake who can buy you 4x leathers

The playershops were ported over (oops?) when the instance was created with their inventory at the time. Some of the rarer things will poof once purchased, but others stay around forever. Once something is sold though it's gone, and the shops do not update.
