The Age of the Katana has come to GemStone IV! This month, quest for the "Flower of the Erithi", the Elanthian Katana.
THE KATANA QUEST!
While all weapons have significance, the relationship of the katana to its master or mistress is especially profound. The getting of the weapon is a personal quest, one that few dare to undertake and even fewer complete. Do you have the courage, strength and imagination to start this journey? Search your heart well before you answer.
THE KATANA HISTORY
Much of the Erithian past is shrouded in mystery, especially when it comes to the famed ancestral weapon - the katana. Now, by the hand of an unknown Erithian historian, the history of the katana is unveiled to the masses of Elanith. A past of failure, struggle, and hope, the katana's trial of creation unfolds to become the flower of the Erithi civilization.
NEW ERITHIAN MASTER SMITH
Good news for collectors of quality weapons! Erithian Master Weaponsmiths have graciously decided to offer premium Nathala Dai armaments to the discerning adventurer. These hand-crafted weapons will not be available off-the-shelf, but can be specially ordered for later pick-up.
