Does the maneuver penalty reduction gained in overtraining armor use *also* remove the armor hindrance penalty in the Dodge DS equation? In other words, does your DS go up when you overtrain for heavy armor? I'm thinking not, but maybe someone has checked this point.

You swing a closed fist at xxx!
AS: +363 vs DS: +412 with AvD: -3 + d100 roll: +97 = +45
A clean miss.
Roundtime: 3 sec.
Roundtime changed to 1 second.

Armored Evasion reducing Armor Action Penalty = bonus from over training right? If so, apparently there is a small impact on DS.

The dodge penalty on armor comes from the AP, it is AP/2 % = dodge penalty. I gained like 13 DS or so from over training in armor.

I believe so too. I just hit 120 ranks in MBP and gained some DS. I think. I wasn't counting on it before hand so I didn't compare and contrast rigorously.
Also armored evasion definitely increases DS but that could be a different thing than the overtraining bonus, even though they both ostensibly affect the same number (AP). I kinda think Coase would have preferred having the formulas consistent though.

That's correct. Armored Evasion is based on armor use ranks and can be applied with no overtraining.
In your case, with 120 ranks, the MBP action penalty is reduced from -20 to -16 (augmented chain) which increases the dodge Armor Hindrance Factor from 0.90 to 0.92.
It is unlikely that most players would even notice the DS increase. Wearing MBP w/120 armor ranks, no shield, 150 dodge ranks, 25 AGI bonus and 20 INT bonus, the DS increase is +2 stance OFF / +3 stance DEF.
