It's eahnor so even though it's not a full 4x enchant it's going to add to the price. It has grimsbane as well which is really nice considering the katana is already HCW. Toss in sigil of major bane and you have a superbly crit weighted katana that is going to fuck some grimswarm up royally. My appraisal would be 7-10m at least.
