The difference between perfect and superior is miniscule. Unless you were to do some hardcore number crunching you wouldn't even notice the difference. This lance is still badass.

The difference may be small, but it is most significant in weapons like lances, if that makes any sense.

If i remember correctly for unarmored foes (the most extreme possible case) the difference is something like 1.5 raw damage per 100 endroll, between superior and perfect. It's more a mental thing. Every little bit helps and all that but it's effectively losing 1-3 points of weighting or so. And when it gets to be 3, you're already doing like a bagillion damage no matter what kind of lance.
