Not to my knowledge, it's a good old fashioned crystal amulet. I don't believe it's ever been rubbed before, so don't rub it.

I have the same thing but different description that is old as dirt. Loresong does not reveal its permanent and i have to assume its something like an altered crystal amulet.

Please somebody bid on this so I can sell mine later knowing its worth something... :)
