Silver-tinted crystal orb- works similiar to ithzir armor except it doesn't take you to the adjacent room or a sanctuary.
15 mil to terzl going once
20 mil buyout

You gesture at a silver-tinted crystal orb.
You sense that the crystal orb is a magic item that contains an unknown spell with a total of 5 charges when fully charged. It recharges a single use roughly every 288 minutes. The orb has used at least one charge recently.
Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.

Blink gives the caster a chance to avoid physical or bolt attacks that would otherwise hit caster. Its function is similar to Fasthr's Reward (115) but works on AS/DS instead of CS/TD attacks.

The target has a chance of getting a second opportunity to avoid physical or bolt attacks that otherwise would have hit him by teleporting a short distance away (within the same room). The percent chance to get a second attack roll is 25 + seed 1 of ranks in Mental Lore, Transference.

(Clip of it working but fail )
You fire a wooden arrow at Hoy!
Suddenly, starlit darkness engulfs Hoy and he vanishes, reappearing several feet away instantaneously!
AS: +448 vs DS: +415 with AvD: +28 + d100 roll: +61 = +122
... and hit for 12 points of damage!
Minor puncture to the left leg.
The wooden arrow disappears into the local environs.
Roundtime: 5 sec.

(successful)
>You nock a wooden arrow in your iron-sighted bow.
You fire a wooden arrow at Hoy!
Suddenly, starlit darkness engulfs Hoy and he vanishes, reappearing several feet away instantaneously!
AS: +403 vs DS: +364 with AvD: +28 + d100 roll: +4 = +71
A clean miss.
Darkness punctuated by a constellation of starry pinpoints wells up around Hoy and splinters away with a sound like shattering crystal.
The wooden arrow disappears into the local environs.
Roundtime: 5 sec.

Just so people don't undervalue this item, your clip of it "failing" isn't a failure at all.

If I'm correct, the spell behaves by giving a second roll, and then choosing the lesser of the two rolls. IF you manage to completely avoid it, the spell deactivates, but it also allows you to recieve "the lesser of two rolls" on any activation. So in that clip, Hoy may have potentially been hurt more, even if he was still hit.
