Why Doesn't My Lich Work? (most original thread ever)

So I followed the instructions on lichproject.com, and I can log on and play fine through the Lich game entry, but if I put in any Lich commands the game hangs and won't even accept regular in-game commands anymore. Happens with SF and Wiz. My debug file looks like this:
