I don't have premium. I've been told that the info with premium point costs is outdated or inaccurate on krakii.
Could anyone tell me or have the right formula for the ammount of premium points needed to take 5x flaring armor to 6x?

According to the link posted by Riltus on Brem's thread it would be 2600 PP
http://www.krakiipedia.org/wiki/Premium_point#Enchanting_Item_with_Spikes.2C_Flare s_or_Scripts_.28non-fluff.29
Or you could have someone with premium take it to Sadie's and do a PCALC to confirm.

The purveyor of this balderdash is inaccurate!

Base cost to enchant an item with a starting enchant bonus of +16 to +45 is:
1200 + [400 * trunc((current plus - 11) / 5))]
The truncated value is (25 - 11) / 5 = 2
1200 + (400 * 2) = 2000 base enchant cost
If the item has flares or special scripting (non-fluff), add 600 to the cost.
Total PP cost = 2000 (base cost) + 600 (surcharge) = 2600 PP
From Krakiipedia:
Enchanting Item with Spikes, Flares or Scripts (non-fluff)
Enchant 0x to 1x = 900
Enchant 1x to 2x = 1200
Enchant 2x to 3x = 1500
Enchant 3x to 4x = 1800
Enchant 4x to 5x = 2200
Enchant 5x to 6x = 2600
Enchant 6x to 7x = 3000
Enchant 7x to 8x = 3400
Enchant 8x to 9x = 3800
Enchant 9x to 10x = 4200
Note: The premium point cost example, given in PREMIUM 9, for taking a flared 9x weapon to 10x is in error. The cost should read 4200 not 3600. The 3600 cost is the base enchant cost without the flare surcharge.
