Citizendata

So... I've downloaded both the citizendata scripts from the repo which are citizendata.lic and citizendata_input.txt.

There's nothing else up.

Whenever I finish doing a run it won't connect to virilneus or lichproject. It either times out or just says won't connect. (I should have saved the messaging ><).

Any idea of what this is or how to fix it?
