Just doing some fishing to see what I can trade into. Not taking coin or cash until my other plate project is done.

a full suit of veniom-alloy plate-armor

The first thing that strikes you about the plate-armor is the weight, which is about 9 pounds.

It has a bonus of +40 from a normal plate-armor, and the way it vibrates in tune with your voice tells you that it is plate armor. It also has some type of special ability, but you can't tell what yet. The veniom-alloy plate-armor seems to have some sort of unusual protection against damage.

The harmonics generated tell you that the plate-armor has been infused with a disintegrating substance.
The veniom-alloy plate-armor resonates with your voice, indicating that it has been enchanted by Livn.
As your song penetrates the veniom-alloy plate-armor, you determine that it is moderately vulnerable to slashing attacks and very resistant to shocking attacks.

That's some nice armor. Love the weight. If someone didn't like the vulnerability/resistance combo, they can get them removed, and if you hunt in some places, that's probably a pretty great combo anyway.

I hunt purely in OTF so the resists were great. And since I wear this plate currently, I would need to trade into some other form of full plate class armor.

The quality of this suit of armor begs the question, what is your "better" project?

Is that where my old plate went, good to see it didnt vanish into the ether like so much else has.

Well, I have a 5 pound set of plate that I will have at 7x before CCF. I have a potion to take it to 8x, but I might just blow some of my PPs to enchant it one more time before CCF to make it 8x. Then basically pick from the services to try and add either the VHCP, flares, self knowledge, resistances or what not.

My goal would be:

10x 5 pound plate with either grapple flares, void flares or (v)HCP with resistances and 211. I don't really need the 211 if I were to win the choice so who knows.

I am very confident at the end of CCF I will have 5 pound 10x flaring or padded plate to replace this set. The rest is just "nice to haves".

Edit: 10x will come from PPs regardless of the final enchant at CCF.
