a resplendent golvern warsword with a large gold pommel -

The first thing that strikes you about the warsword is the weight, which is about 9 pounds. In your best estimation, it's worth about 1,000,000 silvers. You can also tell that there is some type of metal in the structure of the golvern warsword.

You sense a faint aura of magic around the golvern warsword. From the pitch of the vibration you determine that the purpose of the warsword is as some type of weapon. A sense of deep seated hatred clings to the golvern warsword, as if it had been crafted with a specific purpose.

It has a bonus of +25 from a normal warsword, and the way it vibrates in tune with your voice tells you that it requires skill in twohanded weapons to use effectively. It also has some type of special ability, but you can't tell what yet. This golvern warsword seems to be the bane of Grimswarm raiders.

The harmonics generated tell you that the warsword has been infused with the power of a fire elemental.

This golvern warsword when employed against Grimswarm raiders. (as you can see with this line of a grim weapon, there seems to be missing info. It's my understanding that bane weapons now impart dcw, though. If someone wants to test it for double fire flares instead of weighting they may)

The warsword does have Dhyne flares, as well. Two messages that I can tell.
This has custom messaging for RUB.
This has custom messaging for CLENCH.
This doesn't have custom mood messaging.
This doesn't have custom messaging for WAVE.

>rub my warsword
You lightly trace the surface of your golvern warsword with your fingertips, giving serious thought to the Grimswarm plight.
>clench my warsword
As you clench the hilt of your golvern warsword, the burning emblem of the Guardians of Sunfist appears momentarily before you.

You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the golvern warsword for you.

Etched into the blade in a fine script, it reads:
We Oppose the Grimswarm and Their Allies at Every Opportunity.

The only thing I can think that I am looking for in trade are ranged/dex enhancives or a nice set of augmented chain. Fusion 6x or above and flaring sets are those I am most interested in.

CB: 10mil to vprmn123, SOLD.

Post in the officials in the EG thread. I had the same problem with the T5 griffin bane javelin from EG and posted there, a GM saw me the same day online and fixed it. It adds hcw against war griffins plus its unbalance flares so perhaps yours is more than dcw, too. Although probably not since grimswarm bane is about 1000x more useful. Well that and its not a non returning thrown weapon either heh.

I'm very interested in this sword, would I be able to test it on my warmage in a camp?

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but bane weapons can have standard crit weighting added at future merchants(IE CCF) since the bane is a script outside of the weighting/fares.

Correct.

Although in this case the sword already has fire flares so you couldn't add standard weighting to it.

Trying to determine if it is fire flares or crit weighting. Original post seems like owner wasnt sure.

Good old Russian bears.

Yes, you can borrow it. Old bane weapons did things like double fire flares and such. The new bane script seems to be crit-weighting. I don't know the amount of weighting the bane is, but it was dcw when added at EG this year. It could be more. I don't believe anyone can test a bane script except a GM, though. Well, and via running through a lot of hits.

Also, updated.
